I was reading an article today from the American Dental Association that talked about changing your toothbrushes every 3-4 months, I totally agree with this but don’t forget to change the toothbrush even everytime you get sick. With this past tough winter, we saw an increase in the cold and flu bugs. Changing your toothbrush after a sickness will help prevent the spread and frequency of sicknesses. Have a great day Gresham and let us know if you need a dentist close to “me” that takes your insurance. Have a great weekend and God Bless!!!!!!

Toothbrushes Should Be Replaced Every Three To Four Months.
THIS IS THE ARTICLE FROM THE ADA
Pop Sugar (7/13, Yi) stated that replacing toothbrushes often is important, and to do it even when cleaning around the house! The article notes the American Dental Association recommends changing toothbrushes every three to four months, this means even high speed electric toothbrush heads.
MouthHealthy.org and the Oral Health Topics on ADA.org provide additional information on toothbrush care for patients and for dental professionals. In addition, the ADA provides a list of toothbrushes with the ADA Seal of Acceptance.
